Simply: Signs

There is
springtime awakening

all around.

Signs of life in abundance.

Plantings ripening,

ready even.

Springtime comes
in weather,
and
in life,
after a long winter.

It brings with it hope,
and life
and newness.

In Creation.

In me.

  1. Oh my, Mindy! This is so lovely! As I scrolled down the page my smile widened with every image. I've always wished I was your neighbour during the spring and summer months and I would buy myself a grocery cart so I could wheel my way through your garden every coupe of days, enjoying your beautiful bounty!

  7. Good Morning Mindy, your post is a breath of fresh air . . . I love what you said about "weather and life". So much happens in the spring . . . the earth wakes up and everything is new again. The simplest of things bring us pleasure after the long cold winter. I pulled up a chair out by the garage the other day and sat there and watched a little bird building a nest in one of our bird houses. Spring can be a busy season, but when we stop for a moment and enjoy the wonders of creation, we can see how very perfectly on heavenly Father planned out this beautiful world of ours. Here's wishing you a lovely week.

  8. Hi Mindy, I have been MIA with my blogging community and thought I would stop in for a visit. I took some time in reading some of your older posts and sure enjoyed myself. You take such beautiful photos. Your garden in these photos is quite gorgeous, so neat and tidy, and your words are so timely.

Thank you for your precious visit on my dads legacy post, I appreciate you and your faithfulness as a blogging friend.

Have a beautiful and safe weekend~
